Level 1 is eight weeks in total and you will learn:

  • Safety around horse

  • basic equine body language and communication

  • herd dynamics

  • mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises for regulation and connection

  • basic horse care

  • basic horse handling skills

  • fun activities and exercises with the horse
